Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

Bailing out the fraudulent mortgage scam is totally ridiculous. Low-income housing is a necessity, and throughout our country it is always a non-priority. Secondly, section 8 vouchers shouild be prioritized for American citizens. Our illegal immigrant crisis is of most importance, especially when their employment rate far exceeds that of American citizens.
