My fiance James Palmer became disabled 4 1/2 years ago from a scaffolding fall. He has been through four surgeries on his neck, shoulder, and back. We had to file for bankruptcy. I am having a very hard time paying bills and rent. I had to get an attorney to file for SSD and still did not make it. My fiance has lived in his place for 18 years and now is in need of help. We understand that we need great help for the disabled and the homeless.
