The difficulties that we low-income people face are due to lack of or very low income; denials of applications for apartments; too many requirements in order to qualify. Credit records are an obstacle, and too many homeless people and people released from jail do not qualify.
I am just addressing the issues. I would like to see more flexibility in the housing system in order to be able to help the homeless get off the street, because we are seeing more and more in the street with children. Thank you for your kind attention.
