Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

We are in need of more housing. I have been on disability and cannot get low-income housing because of the economy. I was employed for the City of San Jose and I have been homeless for one year because I can't afford rent.
