Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

Please look into the housing problems in San Jose. We really need you, President Obama, to see the heart of all these homeless people in this area. Please do not dismiss our need for more section 8 housing. How would you feel if your children were on the street? Could you yourself survive even one night on the street? Please take these letters into your heart.
