Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

Instead of letting developers come out here to the Bay Area and take what little land we have left to build expensive homes, that people cannot afford to buy in this recession, please help the people that were born here or lived here a long time. Please do not let the American Dream disappear in our lives as well as our children's lives.
