My major concern is the amount of funding allocated to section 8 and related housing services. My questions are as follows:

1) How does the government come up with the amount going to such programs?

2) With the economy in such a crisis and billions of dollars going to bail out huge corporations, why hasn't the government bailed out our poor and disadvantaged?
