Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

Hello Obama,

I am a single mom. I dream to have my own place. I am looking hard for a place to live. When I have a problem with my family, I have no place to go. I drive around. It would really be a big help if you could find a way to help more women like me, who have no job and no income, to have a safe place to live. I thank you so much.
