Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

Dear President Obama,

I am so proud to have lived in this time/era. I am Afro-American and to see you become President of the WORLD, how great is that. I am poor and I work hard. I live paycheck to paycheck and I am not sure what I'm going to do. I don't know, but I love you, Michelle, and the two children.
