Our letter to the President

Dear President Obama,

Please take action to end America’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. We need:
  • More section 8 vouchers immediately
  • Build public housing to meet the need
  • Full funding of the National Housing Trust Fund
  • Stop foreclosures

Mr. President,

I am a veteran and I served my country well. The past administration, and apparently yours as well, has somehow forgotten the sacrifices we have made. The resources of the VA are being spread thin. Please take care of those who fought for the "freedoms" that made it possible for you to be elected.
